Meeting/Starting Point: We operate from the towns of Thomastown and Inistioge , Co. Kilkenny on the river Nore.
Our tours start at the “Bridge” in Thomastown, and at the “ Boatslip “ in Inistioge depending on which trip you choose,
The Thomastown start point is adjacent to Sweetmans Castle. If you put the eircode R95 WV77 into Google Maps, it will bring you to the exact location (listed as ‘Market Street, Thomastown’). Please see map below.
The Inistioge location is just below the bridge in Inistioge. There is a slip road down to the right about 100 m past the bridge in Inistioge, going out the New Ross road ( just before the bad turn ). Please see lower map at bottom of this page (Double Click on Photo).
Car Parking: Free car parking is available at the meeting/starting point and also at a number of nearby locations in Thomastown. Parking is also available at the Inistioge Boatslip.
